Step-by-Step Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse the corbina fillets and pat them dry, before giving them a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Season the fillets with some salt and pepper, and slide in the garlic to bring out more flavor.
