  • 4 hot dog buns or kaiser rolls split
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • 1.5 pounds lobster meat cooked and cubed
  • 1 pinch dried basil, parsley or tarragon

Step-by-Step Instructions
 

  • Start by getting all your ingredients together.
  • Gently apply butter to the insides of the buns and line with lettuce leaves. Reserve them for later.
